A contract is to define the responsibilities of both the artist and the patron. The contract will be constructed to openly disclose all costs and expectations. The object of the contract is to protect each of the participants by clearly stating all of the expectations regarding the collection of data for the work, the establishment of a program for the work, the progress check points for the work, the acceptance of the work, and the payment for the work.
It should be understood that I can paint what I am able to see therefor, blurred and/or dark images will produce a blurred dark painting. In other words, the final product will generally look like the photos that you provide. Care should be taken to select the best image. A commission will be defined by a contract and that will be provided upon your request and description  of your need.
