SHIPPINGYour purchase will be photographed before it is placed into the carton at the packager's location documenting the condition of the purchase as it was placed in the shipping carton. Your purchase will be protected for shipment with appropriate filler material and placed into a heavy cardboard construction box. The box will be sealed and labeled FRAGILE and the shipper will know that they are transporting one of a kind artwork. The purchase will be insured for the replacement cost of the work. - If upon arrival there is any significant damage to the exterior of the carton the receiver should not accept the parcel.
- If you have a digital camera photograph the damage as the UPS person is waiting.
- Do not accept the package.
- Mark it, DAMAGED - RETURN TO SENDER.
- Send your photograph of the damage with your testimony to art-panit-art@mail.com as the UPS truck is departing.
- On the subject line of the email enter, DAMAGED GOODS (your invoice number / shipping number)
- DAMAGED ART MUST BE REPORTED IN THE FIRST 8 HOURS OF OWNERSHIP.
After receiving the carton open it immediately and very carefully.
DO NOT USE A BOXCUTTER to open the carton.
If the carton has appeared to be intact and you have opened it carefully there can be no cuts or impressions on the canvas.
Your purchase be it an original or Giclee' will come with a clear coat protective surface that will not be affected by normal transportation movement. If however there is some other kind of damage as a result of transportation, please follow the same steps to validate your claim.
- Photograph it digitally if you can.
- Photographically establish the date of your discovery.
- Alert art-paint-art.com immediately with the image evidence as detailed above.
Upon the receipt of your evidence we will file an insurance claim and reship your purchase.RETURNSI believe that the images of the product are very good everything about the work is disclosed so as anyone can make an intelligent decision regarding a purchase. A good reason is need for a return. No return will be accepted without pre-notification and our consent to receive your product.
